Steven Peterson, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP
Founder | Project Management & Agile Practitioner
Steven Peterson is an experienced project management professional with a background leading technology initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting organizational change across financial services, banking, government, and technology environments.
With more than a decade of experience in project management and Agile delivery, Steven has worked in roles including Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach.
Steven holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
He also serves as Secretary of the Governance Board for the Project Management Institute’s Northeast Ohio Chapter, supporting the project management profession and its professional community.
Throughout his career, Steven has recognized a recurring challenge: project managers are often expected to deliver results without having access to practical, consistent, and easy-to-use project management resources.
He founded Your Agile Project Manager to help address that challenge by making professional-quality templates, toolkits, and practical guidance accessible to project managers at every experience level.
His philosophy is straightforward:
