A Business Case describes the necessary information from a business standpoint for whether or not a project is worth the required investment.  This Business Case Template guides you through documenting the problem, analysis, overview, benefits, investment areas, and a financial analysis.  It will help you create a solid business justification for your new project.  Embedded within this template is an excel spreadsheet to help you calculate the cash flow, net present value, and ROI.

How is a Business Case Used?
