The Product Backlog template gives you a guided Excel list to document and prioritize your product backlog and user stories.

The Product Backlog is a prioritized list product requirements. It is used to prioritize, track and organized required functionality. The prioritized list includes user stories, epics, changes, and defects to be managed throughout the project.  The Product Backlog is the single source of product requirements and is owned by the Product Owner.

User Stories are 3rd person descriptions of required functionality.
